Man Who Spent 12 Years In School Graduates With 1st Class, Says At A Point The Journey Looks Like It Was A Waste Of Time
A man named Ridwan Lawal has shared his journey through school and how at a point the journey began to look like a waste of time.
Lawal conquered as he graduated with B.Sc (First class Honours) Quantity Surveying and Best graduating student.
He concluded his post by saying : “Delay is not denial”.
Sharing his amazing journey on LinkedIn, he captioned it:
From FCE (tech) Akoka to Yaba College of Technology to
The University of Lagos, altogether 12 years post secondary school.
At a point it was as if the journey was a waste of time and effort. But Allah, The creator of Heaven and Earth and everything in between is the chief planner.
He understands us than ourselves.
In the end it was worth the wait, the time and resources by gifting me B.Sc (First class Honours) Quantity Surveying and Best graduating student.
I’m grateful to God, my family Kaothar Lawal and friends Victor Iyanda, Inioluwa Famakin and Zakky Ajia for their support throughout this phase of my life. I pray it will be the foundation of better things coming my way.
Delay is not denial.
Postgraduate school is next stop.
