Lady Who Graduated From University Of Ghana Becomes A Successful Barber

Bernice Botchway studied French and Sociology from the University of Ghana.

Prior to that, she read General Art at Ghana National College.

After her national service, she decided to go into barbing of hair business, which has been her childhood dreams.

According to Bernice, her mum, aunties and sisters are all hair dressers. Seeing all her family members do this around her while growing up made her admire the profession.

After her national service, she contacted the degree barber who is also a graduate from the University for Professional Studies Accra to understudy him.

She is able to groom both men and women.

It’s her dream to own a unisex salon in the future.
