A lady named Adetola Oyekunle who just got hired by Deloitte has dedicated a photo she snapped at the front of the office to her dad because he was sending her Deloitte graduate trainee openings yearly.

The excited lady shared the good news on her linkedIn.

In 2017, I missed an interview scheduled for me by #deloitte while I was in Kano NYSC orientation camp.

Since then my dad kept on sending me Deloitte graduate trainee openings yearly, until we got to a point where age limit was a barrier.

Fast forward to November 2021 when I got the opportunity to apply as an experienced hire. The recruitment process was smooth and fast. Grateful for the adventure of virtual interview which was not an option in the year 2017 probably I wouldn’t have missed the opportunity then
