Lady Shares Touching Story On How Her Widowed Mum Could Not Afford Xmas Clothes & Food For Them, But Today She Goes On Vacation To Shop For Her Family During Xmas

A lady named Omobabinrin Adeola Osideko has shared a short touching story on the challenges her mum encountered after she became a widow, she could not afford Xmas clothes and food, they literally depend on the festive food the neighbors will share those period.

But today the story is different as she now goes on Xmas vacation shopping for her family.

Sharing the emotional story on her linkedIn platform, she wrote:

I went out yesterday to do a little Christmas/vacation shopping for my family and I remembered how many years ago growing up as a child, my Mum can’t afford Christmas clothes for us, not just that……..

Most of the years, on the 25th Dec. and 1st Jan. we will all be in the house expecting people who share festive food (sometimes that’s all we will have to eat for the day, while we keep some for the next day).

Once we hear a knock on the door my siblings and I will leap for joy😁 while we run towards the door to welcome the rice and chicken 🐔🍚 .

My Mum was widowed quite early and since then life became so rough.

But today, all I can say is GOD is FAITHFUL.

⛔Life is in phases, men are in sizes, nothing last forever, what is not enough today will be more than enough tomorrow.
