Woman Gives Birth Inside BRT Bus In Lagos

A pregnant woman has given birth to her baby inside a BRT bus in Lagos state.

It was learnt that the woman started showing signs of going into labour inside the bus, fortunately for her, the co-passengers which comprised of doctors and nurses came to her assistance and helped her deliver the baby.

Personnel of the Lagos State Medical Services later arrived the scene.

A man, identified as AY Nigeria on Twitter, shared a video of the mother and her baby on the microblogging platform.

A nurse could be seen carrying the newborn into an ambulance and the mother was also escorted to the ambulance, while bystanders hailed and applauded the team.
