Nigerian Lady graduates With 4.0 GPA from Marshall University In The USA

She is the first BSc and MA Mathematics holder in her community in Nigeria. Fatima has been chalking success since 2009 in Junior High School, where she participated and won in a host of competitions in Mathematics.

She emerged as the best graduating student with a first-class honour in Mathematics from Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria in 2017. The first of its kind by any female student in the 42 years history of the University.

Her sister shared her journey with the world;
My sister just graduated from Marshall University with a 4.0 G.P.A. making her the first BSC & MA Mathematics holder in my community, and since she is too humble to do this herself, I figured I’d come on here to share some of her notable achievements.

She emerged as the best graduating student with a first-class honor in Mathematics from Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria in 2017. The first of its kind by any female student in the 42 years history of the University.

Secured a 100% scholarship at the Nigerian Turkish International College for her senior high school (2009 to 2012).

Came first in Kano State (12th at National level) in Chemistry International Olympiad for senior high schools.

Represented Sokoto State at several competitions including the National Cowbell Mathematics competition for junior high schools at Lagos in 2009 and the National junior Mathematics Olympiad in Ibadan in 2009.
