The Lagos state government has released a list of local government areas in the state with the highest number of confirmed COVID-19 cases. The list was released by Lagos state commissioner for health, Prof Akin Abayomi in a tweet on Saturday, May 8. The Lagos state has the highest number of COVID-19 cases in the country.
According to the list released by the commissioner, Lagos mainland has the highest number of infections, Alimosho, Oshodi, Mushin, Ikeja, Kosofe and Isolo LGA also have increased cases.
