Kike Oniwinde, the founder BYP network, is one of those solving employment crisis with her BYP Network app. The app allows young black professionals to connect to a large pool of job opportunities in the UK.

With over 300,000 members, companies rely on the initiative whenever they want inclusion and diversity in their structures. A very worthy thing to note and one of the things that got Kike on Forbes 30 under 30 list is that the app was able to raise over $250,000 (N90,875,000) funds.
