Nigerians are not only making it big in the world, but they are building platforms that are essential tools for human survival. Kike Oniwinde, the founder BYP network, is one of those solving employment crisis with her BYP Network app. The app allows young black professionals to connect to a large pool of job opportunities in the UK.
With over 300,000 members, companies rely on the initiative whenever they want inclusion and diversity in their structures. A very worthy thing to note and one of the things that got Kike on Forbes 30 under 30 list is that the app was able to raise over $250,000 (N90,875,000) funds.
