Angela Okafor has won a significant seat in Bangor City Council in the United States. According to a post she put on facebook on Wednesday, November 6, she knocked on more than 1,000 doors to campaign for the election that brought her in. She said that she is really grateful for the trust the people reposed in her as she approached them at every nook and cranny to table what she had to politically offer.
Angela also said that she tried calling her daddy in Nigeria to inform him about the joyous news and how her life turned out much better than she bargained for.
She owns a law practice and a haircare business. Angela has also served on the board of the Maine multicultural center and also lectured as a guest at the Eastern Maine Community College. Angela Okafor she could not believed she made the huge history.
