Trisha Agomua is young but talented, a seamstress, an undergraduate and an inspiration to young ladies who will rather depend on their parents for their daily needs. She speaks to Elorasblog in this interview.

Please introduce yourself and tell us more about your background?

My name is Agomuo Trishia Ugochi. From Aboh Mbaise L.G.A Imo state. A student of Imo state University. I’m 23yrs old.

What does your business entails?

I’m a streamstress, and founder of Trishcouture.

Who inspired you to start up your business?

Oh dear… I won’t lie about this. I was actually seeing young girls of my age own a business. I sat down and thought about what i can really do better in life. Boom! Everything that came through my mind was all about fashion, because i have been in love with fashion right from little. And God bless my mum for all her efforts just to make sure i learnt how to sew. So, Yes! I was inspired by some young entrepreneurs.

How did get fund to finance your business?

Hmmm.. I was not having enough funds then and i didn’t want to borrow (laughs). A friend actually helped out (Name withheld). God bless this friend of mine.

How do you advertise your business?

I have three social network platform where i advertise my business. A Facebook page which is Trishcouture. An instagram page which is Trishcouture_ Also Snapchat which is itstrishcouture.

You work for yourself, your time is flexible as the boss, how does it feel?

It’s a really good thing. I’m very much satisfied. It’s full of energy and life and evokes good cheer. (smiles).

What challenges have you encountered running this business?

A lot of challenges. It hasn’t been an easy thing to make do with school and business at the same time. Sometimes some friends will be like “This is the kind of business that fits you not this”. But No! I follow my heart and mind. Also a lot of exasperation and dismay is in it too, but at the same time, this is actually my major focus as it stands, and also what i love doing.

Will you say it has yield it profits?

Yes, it has been. At least i am happy to be featured in an interview with Elora’s Blog. God is the greatest. A big thank you to you guys.

Where do you see your brand in 5 years?

Trishcouture will definitely be known worldwide in the next 5 years. Though this is not the only dream i orchestrate to achieve in life. I still have two more to achieve which i can’t talk about for now. All i can say is that God is my stepping stone.
